Training Register.
A compliance app that tells a warehouse team who is trained, who is overdue, and who is coming due next.
They were running it on a spreadsheet.
The site was tracking training on a shared Excel matrix. Nobody trusted it. Rows got overwritten. Dates were missed. You could not tell if a forklift driver was still current without opening the file and reading across seventeen columns of half updated data.
Renewals were slipping. Auditors were asking for evidence that took a day to pull together. The team had outgrown the sheet.

What it looks like.
Simple stack. Stays on their network.
Built as a Python web app that runs on the company's own Windows server, so all data stays inside their network. It has secure logins, protection against the usual web attacks, nightly backups and Microsoft sign in. An automated test suite runs on every change so updates go live without breaking things.
If your team has outgrown a spreadsheet, this is the kind of app we build.
